After 3 months up and running, the Agents using MoverSite have completed over 70 moves and more than $30,000.00 of revenue has been exchanged between Bookers and Service Providers. Because so many Agents have used this tool to find & service orders, we decided that the time was right to discuss office forms and reports.

Do any of the Agents that enjoy the use of this tool have a need for Office Reports or Specific Forms?
 
Our goal is to provide reports that are useful to each Agent's accounting department, dispatcher, and sales/bookers. One report I thought would be nice was a timeframe based report of completed moves for service providers and bookers. This would allow each agent to build a report to see just how much business you have transacted on and how smooth each transaction was.
 
Another great report would be Moves that have been in your selected service area but not awarded to your agency. This report would offer valuable information to become more competitive on future moves.
 
Of course if there is no desire for these reports there is no need for building them at this time. Let me know what your agency thinks!
 
We want to make this the best tool possible but we need your feedback and ideas!

Just chatted with Lambert and they do not perform any logistics or electronics moves. They don't have the equipment required.

Be careful in what you assign to this agent without first confirming the details.

For those of you that have bid on our moves, thanks for yourservice.

This tool works for both parties at all times. First let me describe how wereusing it.

If you’re a Dispatcher or Coordinator, you might be receiving our requests forbids. When we have a shipment/move from any of our customers which UVL can nothandle we use this tool to automatically do the following:

- locate agents that offer service in that region
- send them email notifications
- manage the responses & bids.
- select the service provider w/ Notifications
- manage instructions, service forms & move notifications
- receive POP & POD Information
- post feedback & ratings
- print forms for our payment back to your agency!
 
We are trying to lobby the support Team at MoverSite  to support barcode & amore varied range of options for shipment identification but it will take theparticipation of many agents to make it a reality.

If you have any questions regarding our moves or our process please don'thesitate to ask.

Rick,

Once logged in click on the   My Settings link which is at the bottom of every page. Scroll to the bottom of your MoveBoard Settings where you will find a form which allows you to add or remove notification  areas.
