After 3 months up and running, the Agents using MoverSite have completed over 70 moves and more than $30,000.00 of revenue has been exchanged between Bookers and Service Providers. Because so many Agents have used this tool to find & service orders, we decided that the time was right to discuss office forms and reports.
Do any of the Agents that enjoy the use of this tool have a need for Office Reports or Specific Forms?
Our goal is to provide reports that are useful to each Agent's accounting department, dispatcher, and sales/bookers. One report I thought would be nice was a timeframe based report of completed moves for service providers and bookers. This would allow each agent to build a report to see just how much business you have transacted on and how smooth each transaction was.
Another great report would be Moves that have been in your selected service area but not awarded to your agency. This report would offer valuable information to become more competitive on future moves.
Of course if there is no desire for these reports there is no need for building them at this time. Let me know what your agency thinks!
We want to make this the best tool possible but we need your feedback and ideas!
